Swiftfit

SwiftFit is our signature strength and conditioning class designed for every experience level. Each workout combines functional strength training, conditioning, and skill development to help you build strength, improve fitness, and move better in everyday life.

Every workout is fully scalable, with options for beginners, intermediate athletes, and experienced members, allowing you to train at the level that's right for you while working alongside a supportive community. Whether your goal is general health, improved athletic performance, weight loss, or simply feeling stronger and more confident, SwiftFit provides expert coaching, intentional programming, and an encouraging environment to help you get there.

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 5am, 6am, 8am, 9:15am, 12pm, 4pm

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6am, 8am, 9:15am, 12pm, 4pm

Saturdays: 8:30am, 9:45am

Sundays: 9am

women’s small group training

Women's Small Group Training combines the coaching and community of a group class with the personalization of personal training. Limited to just six women per session, this program provides a more individualized experience with customized movement options, personalized coaching, and modifications tailored to your goals, fitness level, injuries, and comfort.

Workouts are based on the same principles as our SwiftFit program—building strength, improving conditioning, and developing confidence—but with additional flexibility to meet each participant where they are. Whether you're new to strength training, returning after time away, managing injuries, or simply looking for more individualized attention, this program offers a supportive environment designed to help you succeed.

Train alongside a small group of like-minded women, receive expert coaching, and build strength in a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere.
